After Hurricane Irma, my garage door only opened halfway. Keith dropped by and noticed it was the lock that was not fully opened up. He gave it a good hit and voila! Fully opened door. He didn't charge me for this service call, even though he was terribly busy after the chaos of a hurricane. How many service people would do that? Definitely going to call on him for new installation as soon as I can buy a new garage door opener.

I called Keith's Garage Door Service after 8:00 p.m. with a need for emergency service and he answered the phone and was here within 20 minutes. He said he did not charge an extra fee for emergency service. My garage door was off the trolley and the cable was twisted. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He enabled me to secure my garage door for the night and for the next day when I had to work. He was prompt, professional and honest. He only charged me his regular daytime service call fee, which was very reasonable. He also gave me a lot of information and reassurance about the quality of the door I have. I would highly recommend him and his service, and I will be using him again in the future.

Action Automatic looked at my opener for about 30 seconds and told me I needed a new opener for about $400. So I called Keith's Garage Door service and they told me over the phone that the repair sounded simple, Keith came over at a scheduled time and he fixed the door for $85, including $70 service call and parts. Just needed a new limit switch, as they had guessed on the phone.

Keith is as honest as the day is long! I had problems with my garage door opener and Keith fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He didn't want to take any payment and asked me to pass out his business card instead. This company is really customer-oriented. I scheduled my appointment on line, was contacted by them to confirm it. The tech called me with a window for arrival time and was on time and performed the work quickly, effectively and with a very upbeat attitude, despite the extreme heat and humidity that day. He told me he loved his job and appreciated the beautiful area he services. Pricing was very reasonable. I'd recommend this pro to anyone with garage door issues.
