I was emailing Kristen about having Keith stop and talk to me about a new garage door or service the old. Came out the following week after servicing my neighbors garage door. I told her to call Keiths Garage Door.After repairing my neighbors door and said why do you want a new door this one if fine. Is it just because I said yes. He tuned up my old door and now it is so quiet when opening and closing. He could have pushed a new door but he did not....Thanks Keith for your service and honesty about the door being fine. Five stars isn’t enough for this rating. Keith fixed what looked like an unfixable repair. He came out right away and offered many options at different prices. I can’t recommend him enough!

Would highly recommend Keith’s Garage Door Services to anyone. My garage door opener broke. I called them to get a quote on a new opener. Kristen was very friendly and offered me a few options on various models and price ranges. We agreed on a model and they were able to get it installed professionally in a few days. They even managed to get it installed earlier than promised. I appreciate the honest pricing and the work was completed to my satisfaction.I subsequently used them for a problem I had with my door reversing on my new home. Keith was able to tech out the problem. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and I would strongly recommend again.

Keith was exceptional! Another company said I needed a new garage door opener (+$800) and Keith identified and repaired the problem in minutes at minimal cost. He's an expert and I rarely write a review, but if you have a problem with your opener or garage door you need to call him. Great guy and wonderful service.

Our experience with repair companies has not been great…so we were thrilled by the fantastic service and fair prices Kieth Door service provided. We wholeheartedly recommend their services!

Garage door opener was over 20 years and intermittently wouldn't open or close. Keith diagnosed the problem and clearly provided the best options to resolve. Unfortunately it required a new garage door opener but it was fairly priced and Keith performed the service promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend using him.

He even replaced one of the door wheels at no extra cost.Highly recommended.BEWARE - there are a couple of scam companies out there who will try and over charge by 2 - 3 x the real rate. We had a couple of shady guys (in a truck with out of state plates) come out from CFL Garage doors who tried to charge us $275 for the repair and then wanted an additional $300 - $600 for the springs!!! They also tried to claim other parts would need replacing.

Wonderful company! Keith and Kristen were so friendly and helpful. They responded right away, knew exactly what was needed, and were very affordable. What I really appreciated is that they did not try to up sell me with a more expensive repair job than was needed. There was a delay in receive the new panels for needed for my garage door but that was not their fault, just part of the supply chain issues everyone is having. Would recommend them to anyone.

They are wonderful! I called another “big name” company in town before them and they tried to charge me over double compared to Keith’s estimate to replace springs. They call you the day of your appointment with a one hour window and they are very friendly and efficient. You can’t beat their pricing or service. Just use them!

First, I'd like to say I am a perfectionist and expect quality customer service and support. If I could give me them more than 5 stars I would. They were also honest and took their time with my many questions about how to proceed. They explained why they recommended that I repair the door instead of needlessly replacing the door just to make a sale.

They came out today, our garage door was inoperable, changed out our gear that dried out over time, cleaned out everything, lubricated the entire system (it is so much quieter and more efficient)!. There is a reason these Guys maintain a perfect rating.Needed a service ASAP so I went by reviews this time..... CCalled in and immediately got scheduled for the next day! Been promised to get a call to specify the time frame in the morning, and Chip called promptly.The same afternoon Chip showed up right on time as promised, and took care of everything within an hour. I have not asked for pricing prior scheduling, and I paid total $85 for the maintenance and fix, what I thought was VERY reasonable!!!!Very kind and personable Guys, locally owned company with lots of expertise!!!! When we couldn't get our garage door to open one afternoon, we called Keith's Garage Door Srvc. Chip came out the next day, He was super polite, knowledgeable and replaced the broken spring and a couple of other issues for a very reasonable price. Garage door spring broke n couldnt raise door. Was Saturday before Easter. Called Keith n he returned call Easter Sunday morning and was willing to come out on Easter to fix. I told him I had one car out and was ok so he sent his man out Monday morn at 7 am and had me back in business at 745am. Excellent service and fair price. My normal repair door man called Monday morning to schedule an appointment while Keith guy was just about done. U know who my favorite garage man is now!! He answers ur call quickly and gets job done efficiently and at fair price. What more could u ask for!!!

We needed to have the keypad replaced for our garage door. I left a message early afternoon and had a return call later that night. Chip came the next day and replaced the keypad and made sure the garage door was operating properly. Keith's Garage Door was great to work with (quick response, courteous and knowledgeable) and will be who I call for any other garage door issues.

I called the company when I was locked out of my garage (with my car in it), due to a broken opener.Keith the owner answered the phone and when I explained my situation he offered to come out immediately to help me out.He was here within an hour, repaired my opener quickly and professionally, and charged a completely reasonable fee.It's uncommon to find true professionals when you need them...but Keith is one of them for sure. Fast, Professional, and Courteous. I must say that Keith and his employees go above and beyond in getting their customers problems addressed and fixed. Not only did Keith’s company fix the issue with my opener, the tech reprogrammed all our remotes, tune the garage door and made sure it was opening smoothly, all for a reasonable price. Great Job !

My garage door spring broke at 8 a.m. this morning and was told by two companies it would be 24-48 hrs. before a service tech could come out. Both of my cars were stuck in my garage. I found Keith's Garage Door Service on the internet. When I called, Keith, the owner answered and told me he would be out in 1-2 hrs. Keith is a great businessman. He told me he doesn't like to hear that BOTH of my car's are stuck in the garage and will try and service me sooner, if possible. "I recommend Keith's Garage Door Service."

I would like to start off by saying if you are looking for the best, stop scrolling because you found him. Keith came out on a Saturday to fix my garage door. I am a local business owner and companies like Keith's are hard to find. Someone that is dependable and professional with aafair price is unheard of now days. He had me back up and running in no time. I am definitely a customer for life.

I called quite a few companies, some couldn’t come for days. My car was stuck in the garage, of course. Keith’s Garage Door Service said they would have someone come out with-in a hour or two. Chip arrived soon. I thought it would take several guys to lift my heavy door but Chip was GREAT! Knowledgeable, prepared and went right to work after saying it was “not as bad as it could have been.” He fixed the very heavy broken garage door by himself, and it has never worked as well! I strongly recommend Keith. Very good experience. My garage door spring broke on a Sunday. Couldn’t open the door to get my car out. I called Sunday just to leave a message, but got back a text Sunday night saying they could come the next day! The technician was at my house by 8:45 am. The repair was completed quickly and completely. The price was very fair.

Keith is the ultimate entrepreneur, by providing a very high level of customer service at a reasonable cost, I have no doubt about the success he will have in his business. He explained to me that he always tries to leave flexibility in his schedule so that he can get to the individual that has an urgent need, that was me. He even worked around my schedule, offering two different same day times. The two others I called before could not provide same day service. The work he did was top notch. Also his fee was less than most in home service providers would charge just to show up.

Fixed my garage door on a weekend, so I didn't miss work. Replaced my broken main spring, lubricated everything. Got a new clicker while I was at it. He had all the parts with him. I swear he was only here 25 minutes. Very reasonable price, less than I expected. He has been doing garage doors for over 20 years. Very nice guy. Highly recommended

After Hurricane Irma, my garage door only opened halfway. Keith dropped by and noticed it was the lock that was not fully opened up. He gave it a good hit and voila! Fully opened door. He didn't charge me for this service call, even though he was terribly busy after the chaos of a hurricane. How many service people would do that? Definitely going to call on him for new installation as soon as I can buy a new garage door opener.

I called Keith's Garage Door Service after 8:00 p.m. with a need for emergency service and he answered the phone and was here within 20 minutes. He said he did not charge an extra fee for emergency service. My garage door was off the trolley and the cable was twisted. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He enabled me to secure my garage door for the night and for the next day when I had to work. He was prompt, professional and honest. He only charged me his regular daytime service call fee, which was very reasonable. He also gave me a lot of information and reassurance about the quality of the door I have. I would highly recommend him and his service, and I will be using him again in the future.

Keith is as honest as the day is long! I had problems with my garage door opener and Keith fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He didn't want to take any payment and asked me to pass out his business card instead. I insisted on paying him a portion of his service call fee and I will gladly hand out his business card in my community.

Keith responded quickly when I called and although my door company was out of business and parts were no longer available Keith was able to create the necessary parts and replace the seal at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and his company.
